This website is operated by Hollowed Trading. By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these terms.

Product Information

We aim to describe all products accurately. Many products sold by Hollowed Trading are collectible items, including sealed trading card products, sports cards, trading card game products and selected resale goods.

Product availability is limited and may change at any time. For pre-order products, release dates and dispatch dates are estimates and may change due to supplier delays or allocation.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or affected by supplier allocation.

Delivery

We ship from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. We are responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer, unless the customer has arranged their own delivery service.

Returns and Cancellations

Consumer customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, unless a legal exception applies. More information is available in our Return and Refund Policy.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about an order or product, please contact us through the contact form on our website. We will aim to respond within a reasonable time and work towards a fair solution.

Liability

Hollowed Trading is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or loss of future collectible value. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
